Book NowTuina
Tuina ( pronounced “Twe Nah) is the name for Chinese bodywork. Literally translated as “push pull”, Tuina employs the use of a variety of manual techniques to improve the flow of energy in the body, relax the muscles, calm the mind, and alleviate pain and discomfort. Primarily used as an adjunct therapy following an Acupuncture treatment, Tuina can be vigorous and intense during its application in some cases, but will leave the Patient feeling relaxed, energized, and in less pain.

Book NowCupping
Cupping is another accessory therapy found in Traditional Chinese Medicine that is applied in one of two forms, “Sliding” or “Stationary”. This therapy is applied to address circulation and pain issues. Stationary cupping, as its name implies, involves the placement of a glass “fire” cup ata fixed location. Sliding cupping involves the use of a lubricant with the fire cup to facilitate the ability to slide the cup across the body, allowing a greater area of the body to be covered.

Book NowDietary Counseling (Chinese)
Chinese Dietary Counseling is provided to assist the Patient in making the proper dietary choices that can assist in improving or strengthening their health. While the Western dietary approach focuses on calories and “carbs”, the Chinese approach takes other factors into consideration, such as the energetic aspect of the foods we eat, and how it might impact the functioning of the organs involved in the digestion process, and our overall health.
